1. To develop infrastructure and establish Information Technology Parks, technoparks, techno cities, hi-tech parks, knowledge based centers and industries either alone or in joint venture with other entrepreneurs, companies, local bodies, 

individuals or other persons and other Information Technology enabled services 

including but not limited to e-commerce, e-governance, internet, e-mail services, 

nano-technology, bio-technology, semi-condutctors and other frontier areas in  

Information technology and set up Special Economic Zone, Software 

Technology Parks, Hardware Technology Parks, electronic industries, Business 

Process Outsourcing (BPOs), Knowledge Processing Outsourcing (KPOs) and 

carry on the business as dealers, buyers and sellers, exporters and importers of 

software, hardware, Information Technology products and services. 

               2. To establish Information.Technology School, Information Technology Centres, 

knowledge based centres for imparting training to the people, students, establish 

Research and Development Centres and provide consultancy and management 

services to various entrepreneurs, industries, government departments, 

Governments agencies for the establishment and running and maintaining 

Information Technology enabled services and allied services in the field of 

information technology for improvement of the working of such departments and 

agencies and promote other companies, subsidiaries or joint ventures for the 

furtherance of the objectives of the Company
