Unable to register Designated Partner as Business User under V3

Dear All,

Kindly suggest , as I while registering Designated Partners of an LLP under business user category under MCA V3, it always gives error Personal Details Mismatch, I raised tickets also but MCA gives revert that it has been resolved though the issue remains same. I have to associate DSC of Designated Partners so that I can proceed to file Form 11 of LLP.

If any one has solution please let me know. I will be highly obliged.

Kindly confirm the PAN Details/Verify the PAN details.

I verified the PAN details, if this error  comes for a single DPIN then its fine but for every DPIN I am trying to register this error comes out and even after complaining on MCA , on same day they resolve the issue with the message that the issue has been resolved but in actual nothing has been resolved from their end.

MCA V3 is completely pathetic

Even I have been facing the same issue. Though MCA replies saying ticket resolved, the issue continues with the DPIN.

In one of the cases, pin code of foreign director is not getting picked up in the mobile number for business user registration and he is not getting the OTP.

In another case, the site has been saying user id already exists for business user registration .

Hello, For User ID already exist. I also faced the same issue. For which I 1st created registered user with different email id kept the mobile number the same thereby switched to Business user by adding role as director/designated partner and inputting the DIN. so it got registered.
