Regarding D-mat & pledge of un listed shares

Dear Professionals,

We require a broker for Demat account opening (Pvt Ltd shareholders) and share pledge, including pari passu pledge.

Motilal Oswal supports Demat but not pari passu pledge. We suffer lot, due to lack of their support staff knowledge.

Kindly confirm if they can handle the above.

Note:

Kindly avoid responding if they only provide routine Demat services.

We specifically require end-to-end handling of unlisted shares, including pari passu pledge structuring and execution.
