Challan not generated

Hi all,

The form for DIR3-KYC got uploaded but challan could not get downloaded. If I am checking the payment status with the SRN, it shows payment not applicable. Now how can I get the challan downloaded. Please help.

I have faced the same situation.Just raised the ticket on mca .it will solve your problem.

from transaction status u can get the SRN.After that just raise ticket on mca mentioning that srn that challan not generated.MCA will solve your problem within 1 day.

If SRN is not generated, then u need to fill the form again.

In such situation, Raise ticket on mca alongwith the screenshot. It might be a technical glitch. If MCA ask you to file the form again, only then file. Since, normally DIR 3 kyc form can be submitted only once.

Hello nagaraj sir,

I  uploaded dir 3 after that srn generated but challan not generated and status showed  as payment not applicable.resubmission was not allowed.

In such case i raise ticket on mca mentioning srn and din.problem was solved by mca with one day.after that I was able to download the challan through check payment status.

I had faced the same problem, but one day after I received the email from MCA about approval of eform. and no need to upload the form again as this form can not be uploaded twice and SRN is not being generated by system. so do not worry about the SRN generation as if you again upload the form or even after modyfying the form  system will show a message that the form is already filled via SRN......, so the system will automatically show its SRN, and its status can be checked through that SRN and in next 1-2 days MCA is sending the email of approval.

In that case , you only have to copy the SRN of that particular form, then on MCA portal under mca sevices sub-head fees and payment services, track payment status of that particular SRN. 

From there you can diwnload the challan for that SRN.
