ERROR WHILE ATTACHING DSC IN FORM 104 (EARLIER FORM 10A)

Dear All,

I tried to file Form 104 for getting provisional registration for charitable entity under Income Tax Act, but while verification of the form using dsc i am getting the error.

The error screenshot is attached herewith for your reference.  Kindly guide..
