How to rectify mistake in DSC relating to name

Dear Friends,
I have uploaded a DSC but the by mistake the last name has been filed
in middle name and middle in last name.
How could I rectify the said err.

Ms Pallavi
with regard to your querry, there is no such alteration pertaining to Digital Signature Certificate(DSC). However the Certifing Authorities will go by your proofs only.
I feel to Obtain fresh DSC with correct name.This is only one option which is available.

Ms. Pallavi,
While generating the DS ("Digital Signature"), RA ("Registering
Authority") will cross check the proof and application. if your DS is
already generated you can not change the name again. But you can
register (Rolcheck) the same DS with MCA and use that for
certification. While registering with MCA provide the correct name as
per DIN/ PAN/ Membership number.
