Company under process of striking off

Dear Members,
How to change the status of the Company from "Under process of striking off" to "Active". The Company is pvt. ltd and all its annual filings has been updated. Pls reply the procedure to be followed and whether F-61 under other category we can file application to activate the status? How much time it will take and what should be the professional fees for such assignment.

Prepare a letter to be printed on the letterhead of the Company, get it signed by the Directors and rush to RoC. They will change the status to Active.  Act fast before the status changes to "Strike Off."

For this the company will have to approach the ROC and to provide the request letter from Directors that they do not want the company to be struck off. Otherwise there is no other way to get the company from struck off. and if once the company is struck off, the company will have to go by revival procedure which will be time consuming as well as very costly way out

Dear Nikit Ji,
For changing this status you have give written application to concerned Roc on the letter head of the company, and has to coordinate with Roc officials.. please note that as the status changes to active, it automatically by system changes to dormant.... so keep ready form 61 for the same or as it changes to active, do file anything then it will not change to dormant status.
