STK-8 Statement of Accounts signing issue

Hey Everyone,

A statement of accounts showing the assets and liabilities of the Company made up to a day, not more than thirty day before the date of application in STK-8 in Excel Format needs to be attached while filing Form STK-2 for Strike off of company.

My query is whether we need to attach only drafted STK-8 in excel format or need to be signed by the Directors and Auditor? 

If Singing is required, the please suggest me how to sign the excel ?
