Form 8 attachment

Hi professionals.

 

Please clarify if the declaration of MSME is required to be attached web form 8 of LLP?

It was a mandatory attachment in previous form 8 not it is not the case.

You have to attach only when the Audit is mandatory. 

You may please refer Section 22 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006
