refund of share application money

yes it can be refunded...u have to make a note of it in the share committee meeting or BM and refund the same via cheque.

Dear Mr Sandeep Kumar, if you refund share application money by cash, then you might get a query from the

Assessing Officer, so to avoid all those issues, refund the same by crossed chque, also ensure that your

back up file is clear with respect to the share application request letter is supporting the purported inflow of

share application money.
