Not able to download E-MOA while uploading SH-7

Dear Professionals,

After submitting SH-7 and E-MOA successfully, only option coming to download SH-7, can you pls tell from where to download E-MOA.  Because while uploading the form SH-7 and E-MOA , both forms have to upload. 

Please help if anyone has filed the SH-7,after facing the same error.

After making payment, a zip file must have been downloaded on its own. That file will have e-moa. Check your downloads folder.

Go to upload pdf, then download the zip file from there. It will contain MOA and form.

only single form sh-7 is downloading. E-MoA is not showing for download.

I am only submitted the forms not filed yet. I am not able to submit because both forms have to upload simultaneously. and I dont have E-MOA to upload. No option of downlaoding E-MOA is coming

Try from Microsoft Edge after clearing history n cache

A zip file automatically gets download in the downloads folder after submitting emoa

When you will click on upload pdf tab. It will say ...to proceed further affix dsc and there will be a hyperlink to download the forms. Click there. It is a zip file which will have your form and e-moa both. Don't download directly from my application dashboard.
