Dear friends

Is anybody facing problems in verification of PAN in spice form.  The name is correctly as per PAN, however the system delivers a message
'Applicant's name does not match with PAN database.  Kindly provide the same as per IT PAN datebase'.    I am facing the issues in respect
of three items, but others are getting verified.

Has anybody faced such situation.  What is the solution for this.

This is because the name on PAN may be a short form of name. Eg. Some People omit 'Kumar' from getting printed on PAN. This option is available while Filing Pan application.

Check name on DSC . It is taken from PAN .

Sir

I am facing this 'Applicant name' error since Thursday night in 'Associate DSC' link page, for linking a DSC to a PAN. I initially thought it may be due to server overload (DPT-3 filing)

In the new FiLLiP form released on 29-Jun-2019, I am getting error for Applicant name, Father Name and Date of Birth although in the earlier version,of the form, all the 3 fields were verified.

Same here, we are too facing the PAN error in the resubmission of spice eform, earlier it was validated also.

Its because of NSDL connectivity with the form is broken, hence you may not get pan validation from NSDL.  Please try after some time.

We too are facing issues relating to PAN verification in Spice and Fillipe forms since week.

We've already raised query, I also request you guys to bring this to the notice of infosys by raising ticket,

The form with same names had verified it ,suddenly its not working

yes i am also facing PAN verification error 

however same form with same details was uploaded two time while resubmititon form preparing form is facing error for PAN verification in all forms

If you omit the middle name,  the form is getting validated

Even today I was facing this problem where I was unable to associate the DSC. After signing it, when I click submit button, an error comes that "Income Tax details does not exist." I feel there might be some issue with the site as well since many people were trying to upload DPT-3.

I feel I should raise a ticket tomorrow. Anyway pls keep us updated on this.

Same problem, Applicant name does not match with PAN database.
Tried removing the middle name but the same error.

Any Solution?

In a FiLLiP e-form and 'Associate DSC' web-page , we removed the middle from the applicant's name, but father's name was mentioned in full as per PAN Card. The name was verified in e-form and DSC linked to PAN dome time back today.. If middle name of applicant is mentioned, then error is displayed.

correct, the error exists only if middle name is put..

however if applying for incorporation we will have to proceed without the middle name and edit it latter..

worst possible service from MCA..

even though this problem is existing from last few days, no proper efforts are initiated to solve this..

in my case i put the surname as middle name, and no middle name..pan validation was done

In resubmission cases you will find that kind of error so make a copy of the form without attaching signature for smooth Processing of form.

Not able to upload the Incorporation forms. 
  • Form(s) being submitted is/are not pre-scrutinized. Make sure that each form getting submitted is pre-scrutinized successfully.

My case is re submission. And i am unable to fill the details.

I need to resubmit the form by tomorrow. Dont know what is going to happen. I have two incorporation.

Actually It is Resolved Now. The Error is coming because the PAN Data base is not linked with MCA in the meanwhile from 27/06/2019 to till Morning (NSDL has sort out the technical glitch) and now it is verifying the PAN Details. You can now check the same.

The problem has been resolved now. I was able to associate one of the professional's DSC, I included the middle name as well, it worked.
