PAN Apply in case of change of name of Company

Dear Members,

Recently I have filed FORM 1A for the change of name of the company.

Request you to kindly advice.. Do we need to apply for fresh PAN Card in the name of the company?

I think you need to apply for Corrections in the PAN Card and not apply for NEW PAN card / Number. Pl see the guidelines at https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/correction.html

After the ROC has issued the Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to change in name application has to be filed with the NSDL/UTI for the rectification of PAN. The Fresh Certificate of Incorporation will serve as the supporting document
