XBRL ERROR- DIN IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY

Hi friends,

Am facing problem after Pre-scrutiny of XBRL of Company in xbrl Software. I am able to Validate file successfully but facing error after pre-scrutiny as - 

"DIN IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY DURING FINANCIAL YEAR"

I called software company but as per their opinion this problem is of MCA. So I called MCA helpline but they informed me as this is the problem of DIN so call DIN cell. 

After calling DIN they told me that if status of DIN is approved then this is not their cup of tea.

Please guide if you have any solution.

Remove the details of such director from the table of director remuneration.

Actually I have only 2 Directors in Company as its Private Company and both of them associated with company since 2003.

What designation you have given them in table of directors .. I also faced the same issue.. and the same revert got from software company ... but its not so..

Just check out the designation of your directors you have filled in XBRL

I have mentioned their designation as Whole time Directors, as there is no option to insert designation as only DIRECTOR (I have to sellect designations from drop down options).
