How to rectifiy the mistake done in SH 7 form

Friends,

While filling SH-7 we have increased the authorized capital from 85lac to 150 lac. while filling the form by mistake the revised issued & Paidup capital was also filled up as 150 las instead of 85 lacs. we have noticed the mistake while going to file form PAS 3. Now th Company master data is showing both Authorised & Paid up Capital 150 lacs.
Kindly suggest how the mistake can be rectified?

This possible only at time of filing annual return ,you have to file correct paid up so that automatically correct one will come

It is Change Request Form (CRF)

As per internal circular only ROC can raise this and ask the service provider (Infosys) to make necessary changes.

You have to write a letter to ROC requesting for change.

Attach all the proof.

Raise a complain, against SRN no of e form SH-7 & see what they will suggest you & do accordingly.

And further as per my experience they will suggest you at earlier.

Thanks to all, the problem is resolved, I am sharing my experience.

At the outset i raised the complain against the SRN , But they suggested to contact the concerned ROC office. I mail them but did not get reply. Roc master data was showing 1.5 crs of paid up capital till I have not filled PAS 3 . Afterwards I filed PAS -3 for raising issued & Paid up Capital from 85 lacs to 131 lacs. The PAC-3 is now approved simultaneously the Master data is also reflecting the correct paid up capital of Rs 131 lacs.
