Class -99-Trademark

Dear Members

i had applied for LLP Name, the same is returned by ROC stating that TM exist under Class 99,

the LLP activity is Management Consultant, and it fall under class 35 and 36, 

can members share the activities for which Class 99 applies

Class 99 indicates Multiple Activities to be covered under single application.

Dear Vinay,

The Management Consultant Services falls only under class 35. The proposed LLP name returned by ROC because of similar/identical name already registered in the class. As far as Class 99 is concerned it indicates multiclass application of a brand applied for registration more than one class.
