Very urgent.
As per the ICDR Regulations 2009, (Chapter VII) issue of share warrants to promoter on preferential basis > needs to issue the warrant certificate on subscription amount of 25% to the promotes.

Recently we have gone for preferential issue of convertible share warrants.
Subsequent to receipt of 25% upfront amount from subscribers we just give them allotment letters.
I don't see any instance of any company giving SHARE WARRANT CERTIFICATE as such.
Contrary views are invited on this issue.

Dear Bhavani,
We have once faced the same situation at that time, we issued same
equity share certificate format..
Their instead of shares we wrote warrants.
But please note that nowadays as their is no specified format,
companies used to issue warrant certificates running in to 6-10 pages
with rights and privileges, but the first page will look like a share
certificate.
