Clarification on mgt7a additonal fees

For the financial year 24-25 we conducted the agm on 15th April, 2026.

Will AOC 4 and mgt 7A fees will be calculated on a per-day basis after 30 days of agm for aoc 4 and 60 days for mgt 7, if we file the form after 15th July, 2026 (after cfss scheme ends)

Or it will calculate mgt 7A additional fees amount from the actual due date which was 29th November?
