How much time CRC takes to approve/resubmitt INC 1 for LLP.

ROC processed the application for name approval within 7 days of reciept of application, after which such name shall be reserved for 3 months after the date of intimation from ROC.

I have heard from many sources that ROC have stopped incorporating LLP's for a while. I'm not sure if the same is true ? Kindly confirm
