Dear Members May I know which Form is to be filed to declare a Public company as a Nidhi Company, in Older Act, it was Form 61 to declare a company as a Nidhi Company.

I think now we have to file NDH 1 within 90 days from the end of financial year after incorporation of the company for compliance.
