SPICe+ Part B not displaying in "Pending for Action" tab

Good Morning,

Name Approval in SPICe+ Part A has been approved on 06-05-2023, expiring on 26-05-2023. I have extended the due date for another 20 days and the Payment Receipt has been successfully generated. Now, SPICe+ Part B is not appearing in my Login. When checked with the MCA Helpline number they confirmed the existence of the form and its validity till 21-06-2023. I raised the ticket and got the following response: "Dear User SRN AA2194313 this is lying in User CAASW...@GMAIL.COM please search for the SRN using the SRN filter. Thanks, MCA Support Team". 

But the solution didn't work out either. Is anyone facing similar issues and having a solution to this?

This happened in my case also. I had taken extension for 20 days. But the SPICE PART B was not available in my login. Several tickets and mails sent but no proper solution was given. Finally after the expiry of the extended time, I completed the incorporation without reserving the name. The old  name approval letter was also uploaded with  new Spice PART B. They approved the application and registered the company. My issue had been posted in this site three weeks ago

It will reflect under approved tab, check SRN of Part A mini dashboard under approved tab Part B status will be visible

Thanks for the input, but whether it is possible to file Part B directly in the portal, Kindly help me to find where this option is placed in the portal.

Thanks for the input, I tried the same but the Mini Dashboard only contains options to download or extend Part A and Part B is not visible/ available there.

Are there any other options available?

YES IN MY CASE ALSO ONLY SHOWING SPICE PART A, AND SPICE PART B IS NOT VISIBLE . HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS  ISSUE . 

IN OUR CASE  WE HAVE FILED EXTENSION ON 12.05.2023 BUT TILL NOW NO RESOLUTION RECEIVED FROM MCA .

THEY ARE JUST ESCALATING THE TICKETS AND NO SATISFACTION RESOLUTION RECEIVED TILL DATE.

Fill in part A, submit.we will be asked to proceed without seeking reservation, press ok then we will be directed to Spice Part B
