proposal to appoint auditor

can some one forward me a draft proposal that needs to be given to an auditor for joining the company

pls. note that the said auditors are already the existing auditors of the company

 

the proposal is for re-appointment and not for fresh appointment

Sub: Consent for your re-appointment as a Statutory Auditor for the financial year 2010-2011

 

We are pleased to inform you that you are proposed to be appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial year 2010-2011.

 

therefore you are requested to convey your willingness to be re-appointed and also a Certificate to the effect that:

 

1. Your appointment, if made in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, would be within the limit specified in Section 224(1B) of the Companies Act, 1956,
2. You are not disqualified to be appointed as the Auditors of the Company under Section 226 of the Companies Act, 1956.
