Electronic filing of Corporate Announcement, Board Meeting and Corporate Action through NEAPS

Dear Sir/Madam,
It has been our endeavour to continuously provide diverse range of services to corporates listed on NSE. You will be glad to know that from January 23, 2013, Corporate Announcement, Board Meeting and Corporate Action can be filed through NEAPS, which is a web based application designed for corporates. We expect this will enhance the quality and speed of submission and also assist the listed companies to move towards paperless submission of documents with the Exchange. These submissions through NEAPS would be digitally signed.
The aforesaid new module is called as 'Announcements/BM/CA' which has been introduced in the 'Compliance' tab in the existing NEAPS URL https://www.connect2nse.com/LISTING/
