Dear Member,
I had filled STP Anuual Form with MCA , the status of the SRN is still work in progress after 25 days. I had raised ticket 24 days back but no solution for the same is provided. I had called in related ROC but they are saying that this is the matter of technical department, they have no right to approve the form as the form is STP. I called to Central Help Desk, but they are saying that the ticket is assigned and they are working on it. What to do and whom should I contact. Is there any remedy to it.

same problem with me !!

 I have also filed form 23 AC XBRL as on dt. 02/05/2013 but still status is work in progress. Raised ticket but no response from there side.

Dear Sir,
Pls guide what to do. The Client is asking why the same is not reflected in the MCA portal. Earlier also I had faced the same problem, but after raising ticket it was resolved in two days only . But that was the time of TCS.Now the maintenance is with Infosys who does nor possess adequate experts to resolve the issue. Whom should I contact ?

Mark a copy to application help desk and keep calling MCA helpdesk.

can you please tell us what form number is it ? just checking, because if it is urgent, we can thinking of filing one more form also....
