Change in NIC code after resubmission of incorporation forms -

Good evening, friends,

I have a query regarding the incorporation of a private company. We are currently in the process of incorporating a private company with the primary objectives focused on construction-related activities. At the time of incorporation, one of the NIC code given at the time of name reservation was related to the architecture and engineering services. However, we have received feedback from the MCA requesting a resubmission of forms, stating that a Certificate from the Council of Architecture is mandatory due to the inclusion of architectural services in our main objectives.

Is there any option available to us for changing the NIC code provided during the initial incorporation process? Any insights or solutions to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

if possible, remove Architecture related objects, amend the forms to that extent and re submit

with respect CODE, I believe only first code as mentioned in application is considered in Incorporation as only then CIN will be generated

Thank you for your suggestions. I have resubmitted the forms along with a clarification letter outlining the reason for including the NIC code and addressing the absence of an option to modify the NIC code provided during name reservation. The re-submissions have been approved by the MCA, and the company has been successfully incorporated. This is provided for your information and future reference.
