Company convert into LLP 8th April 2025 - annual ROC filling require for FY24-25

One my company has been converted from pvt ltd to LLP on 8th April 2025. Now query is whether I need to file Annual ROC for FY24-25 either AOR& MGT7 or LLP8&11?

you need to file Financials for LLP for the F.Y. 2025-26 directly.
