Dear Sir,
For the purpose of gifting of shares, you have to execute the following documents-
1. the gift deed on stamp paper of Rs. 100 between both the parties.
2. An affidavit by the shareholder to specify that he is a lawful owner of shares and holding such shares in personal capacity.
3. Execute share transfer deed with value of shares to be transfer (amount that hv to be paid if shares are transfer with out gifting) and affix share tranfer stamp according to state stamp duty act.
4.Send all the abovesaid documents along with original share certificate to the company for their internal records.
5. If the documents are appropriate, the company shall register the transferred shares in the name of transferee.
