Dear Members,
The aforesaid query is regarding listed company and there is no consideration for transfer of shares.
The shares are transferred as a gift.
Kindly reply, as it very urgent.

Transfer has to be approved in the Board meeting. There is no any other compliance for inter se transfer. You have to intimate this to stock exchange concerned and to fulfil the disclosure requirements as mentioned under SEBI(SAST) Regulations as mentioned in Regulations 6, 7 & 8 and disclosure in Form A, B, C (pls check this) under SEBI(Prohibitions of Insider Trading)Regulations.
