MCA - V3 - Advocates excluded under professional user

Dear Professionals,

In MCA-V3, advocates cannot be registered as professionals and file the forms.

Not even DIN-KYC &  incorporation.

Only CA / CS / CWA are eligible to file all the  forms, if they register under Business User as Professionals.

Is there any alternative where Advocates can register and file the forms as professionals?

AS CS Don't jump into Advocates profession it's great that MCA didn't allow Advocate to jump into CS profession.

In MCA V3, Advocates can file Form FiLLiP and as the Company is still in V2 you can incorporate in V2. 

Compliance part can be only done by CA/CS/CWA and its absolutely their domain and there is no question about it. 

The question regarding recognizing Advocates as Professional User is under consideration of Hon. Delhi High Court in W.P.(C) 1665/2021 SHIKHA SHARMA BAGGA Vs. UNION OF INIDA AND ANR and the same is pending before consideration.
