Hi all

Thanks all

My query is do i need to print LLP on a stamp paper (1000 Rs in my state of Karnataka) ..sign it, scan and upload it.

SInce i am filing it electronically, do i need stamp paper at all, or i can do it on a simple piece of paper, or do i need to do it under company's letter head (which we havent made so far)

Thank in advance
Aditi
