Urgent DSC related query

At the time of incorporation of Pvt. If one of the subscribers is an LLP then do we need to register the LLP's DSC (organization DSC) at MCA ? if yes under what role, business user or registered user.

Please guide its urgent.

Attach a resolution of LLP authorising a DP to sign in forms. DP registered DSC meet the requirements.

  DSC of the authorised signatory of the LLP (not “organisation DSC”) is required, but you do NOT need to register the LLP separately as a user on MCA.
