Re-submission Incorporation

Hi all

 Is there any restriction to use the word Group in the name of Company? I want to incorporate a Company's main objects of Online shopping . However MCA has sent the following comment

The name(s) contain(s) the word(s) 'Group' / ‘Consortium’ / ‘Conglomerate’. Provide a
list of such body corporates forming part of the proposed group / consortium / conglomerate along with their consent
to be a part of such a group. NOC from a body corporate to be provided in the form of a Board Resolution.

Please suggest.

Yes. MCA doesn't accept group in the name of the company unless NOC is provided.

Oh ok.. But the client wan this name as it is online shopping and he want to trade with collective buyers.. Any solution?
