We have a position in one of the TOPMOST BIG 4 Consulting / Accounting MNC BRAND in --
LOCATION - Kolkata
Position :- MANAGER LEGAL & COMPLIANCE ( CORPORATE PROFILE ; TAKING CARE OF ENTIRE KOLKATA SERVICE DELIVERY UNIT BASED OUT OF CORPORATE OFFICE. )
REPORTING - MANAGER - LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
CTC :- 10lac to 15lac ; negotiable .
Responsibilities ( in short ) :-
* To review all works of the team member
* To participate in negotiation with vendors of the company
* To oversee the compliance requirement of the company
* To be a facilitator in training related to Anti-bribery and FCPA
regulation
* To work with various stakeholders of company like HC,
Finance and Operation and provide legal inputs as and when
required by the respective stakeholders
Requirements :*
Ideal candidate should have the following:
* Education : LLB+CS
* Technical skills : Contract Drafting and negotiation, Contract
Management, Compliance Management ( Company Law,
Labour Laws of India), FCPA and other related laws of US
would be preferred, Litigation Management.
NOTE : CANDIDATES OPEN TO RELOCATE TO KOLKATA FROM ANYWHERE IN INDIA ARE WELCOME.
* Preferred Industry - IT , ITES , Reputed KPO , Big 4 , Telecom , ANY INDUSTRY.
