While filling ben 2 form for company, the date of entry u/s 88 of the
companies act is the date when sbo provide declaration to company or
when sbo become member in the company ?
For example :
SBO acquires beneficial interest : 01-Apr-2025
SBO gives declaration to company (BEN-1): 25-Apr-2025
Company receives declaration: 25-Apr-2025
Company enters name in SBO register u/s 88: 30-Apr-2025
Is it truely mentioned ? pl guide
