form for filing condonation of delay for form INC- 27

Hello All,

I am in a process of conversion of a private limited company to public company, for which the special resolution was passed on 13/06/2016 and due to pending forms in the name of the Company Form MGT 14 got uploaded on 31/08/2016 and approved on 01/09/2016, now while filing form INC 27(Special resolution date-13/06/2016 & MGT-14 dated 31/08/2016) there is showing a prescrutiny error that since date entered is beyond 15 days so file order for condonation of delay.

the error is flashing in case of prescrutiny of form INC 27, there is no prescribed form for condonation of delay in case of filing form INC 27, kindly suggest.

What was your Solution for the above query as I am facing the same error for my Form INC-27 for conversion of a Private Company into a Public Company....Did u commence the condonation of delay procedure?

I got to know that for conversion, Approval of NCLT is required...

Can u share with me application format for conversion?

I submitted my petition on 24.4.17.

NCLT has misplaced my application so my name was not there in the list on the date of hearing.

After two three follow ups, My final date of hearing was on fixed on 21.7.17 and order was passed by NCLT on 8.8.17 

which i received on 26.9.17

Now what should i do?

When i tried to fill INC 28, it says 30 days have passed so go for condonation of delay.

and 

when i tried INC 27, prefill is not working.

Learned members, pls guide me what should be done...??
