How to start a church?

Please provide the procedure to start a Church in India. We should start it as Section 25 Company or as a trust?

Its urgent please.

Dear Neelam,

 

For making a church at the very outset you have to check that with whom DIOCESE it belongs. Either Latin-christian, Catholic. You have to take approval for the body governing the particular DIOCESE for the place of the Church.

 

Further, for the organisation TRUST is much better to constitute the Church. In company you incorporation formalitie4s are involved and compliances also. In trust you can save expenses of incorporation comparatively

You can register a Religious Trust and establish a church and if you want you can get the same connected to the concerned DIOCESE also
