AGM/ EGM through video conferencing

Upto what date we can hold AGM/EGM through video conferencing.

Please also share circular for holding of AGM/EGM in current financial year.

For FY 19-20 There will be no Extension of AGM given by ROC. Bcz as Per Co Act Gap between 2 AGM should not be more than 15 Months. As We all know AGM date was already extended till 31.12.2021. So further that they cannot allow any co to apply for AGM extension.
