Professional DSC error

Dear All,

Is anyone else facing professionals (i.e. our) DSC issues while signing eforms yesterday and today?

My problem is one of the weirdest. I have already updated my name in Institute records, successfully updated my DSC and was filing also successfully just before yesterday.

Yesterday night, and since today morning, I am having issues with my DSC. When I give prescrutiny to aoc-4 and dir-12, there is a prescrutiny error stating that DSC is not registered with my FCS number, and that I will have to register in the professional category.

I tried to re-associate my DSC and was surprised to see an MCA error message 'we apologise for any inconvenience'.

Anyone else facing these issues?

A close PCS friend helped me today in pre-certifying the form, and I'm truly indebted to him.

Dear All,

I am updating the situation as of now.
I raised a ticket, spoke with Corporate Seva Kendra, and on their advice, i sent an email enclosing the e-form prescrutiny error, screenshot of my particulars filled-in at the time of DSC registration and the final error message on MCA site.
While I did not get any response today, just now, I tried registering my DSC again on the MCA website. Then I found an interesting error, which mentioned that another DSC was registered against my DIN (I had also role checked with my old DSC for my DIN, which I had obtained just in case I needed it for LLP or Company), and that I was to update DSC as a Director.
I updated my DSC as a Director, and I am happy to update all of you that now my DSC is working for professional use.
Therefore, if anyone of you is facing a similar problem, please check if you have obtained a DIN also, and whether any other older DSC is registered against the DIN. In that case renew that DSC.
If it does not work, then raise a ticket, speak to Corporate Seva Kendra and send an email to appl.h...@mca.gov.in.
My professional friends who are facing the same issue, please update all of us if the solution works for you, or if any other solution worked.

Dear Sir,

I am facing the same issue. My old DSC was registered as Secretary of Company whose DIR-12 was filed but I resigned form the post of Secretary and came into practice. Now as Practicing Company Secretary my DSC was successfully registered and I filed forms also but from 2 days it is showing DSC not registered with Membership Number.

Issue is as I have resigned I cannot even update my DSC as Secretary of the Company.
