status of MCA Fee paid of a REJECTED FORM.

Dears,

 I have paid a particular fee for filing a form with RoC. The form got rejected after giving only one chance for resubmission. is there any way to recover the fee paid.?

Form INC-7 etc..for formation of a company.

you have to incorporate new company and after that you can apply for refund.

Now ROC has give us only 1 chance to complete query or Re submission

Is there any option to reopen the rejected SRN. How much time it will take to refund. They have only given a chance and I have rectified the mistakes they pointed at first. After resubmitting they sent another mail stating rejection of Form with another reason that NOC in INC22 not attached. Do there any option to reopen SRN.

As per the Rule 10(5) Companies Registration of office and rules, 2014, only by fresh filing and payment fees the refund can be obtained and there are no chances of re-opening the SRN
