Format of Indemnity Bond in case of transfer of management of Company

Dear Members,
In the case of transfer of management by Company, the transferor company' shareholder signed a Memorandum of understanding with second party in their individual capacit and each director and shareholder also gives a duly executed Indemnity Bond.
I request you to provide me any such format for my needful.
