U need to have draft llp agreement, then file form2, form3 and form4.forms are available in mca.

Procedure given as under-

Form inc1 for name reservation.

Form 2 with Subscriber sheet & Detail of Designated partner

After Certificate of incorporation

Form 3 with LLP Agreement

Find attachement and stamp duty 1% of partner's contribution maximum 5000 rupees for LLP Agreement.
