gap between two board meetings

dear members 

pls clarify that the gap between two board meetings now is 120 days or 180 days as per the MCA NOTIFICATION.  e.g. if the last board meeting was held on 14th august, 20 and next board meeting is to be held at a gap of 120 days  or 180 days.

pls clarify, its urgent.

The relaxation given by MCA for a gap of 180 days between 2 board meetings was applicable till 30th September, 2020 as per Circular dated 24th March, 2020. So the gap between 2 board meetings should not be more than 120 days after 30th September.
