Dear Friends,

Mr. X is an Indian citizen and a Managing Director in Indian public company ABC ltd.

Can he also be appointed as the Managing Director of a Foreign company registered under the Companies Act of Mexico?

Dual employment as a Managing Director in both Indian company and Foreign company is valid?

Section 196 of Indian Companies Act 2013 does not stop this. you may have to check the Laws of Mexico
