FORM DIR3-KYC-OTP issue

Dear Members,

While filing Form DIR-3 KYC, Italian Directors are not receiving OTP on email as well as Mobile...

What is the solution for this?? How to file the form???

Please guide...

How are you writing the ISD code. Write it as +39

then it should go through. Check again whether the no. is correct. 

In one of my client Director case, OTP is not gone to his Indian mobile no. Then he found out there was some technical issue wherein some elements were blocked in his mobile, due to which he could not get the OTP. Many a times, when we do credit card transactions, the OTP does not come at all even when we do resend OTP button. Sometimes it could be pure network problem,
