Form 3 and Form 4 LLP -

A LLP already has 6 Partners, out of which 4 are already Designated Partners as well.  Now we are appointing the other 2 existing Partners also as Designated Partners.  I have executed a Supplemental LLP Agreement in respect of the same.  If my understanding is correct we have to file both Form 3 and Form 4 LLP and that these 2 Forms are Linked Forms.  Once we fill Form 3 the system has to automatically take us to Form 4 LLP.  But in my case after filling Form 3 it is taking me for upload and subsequent Payment, instead of to Form 4 LLP.  Anyone else facing similar issue or Am I missing something?.

Yeah, both form 3 and 4 needs to be filed..maybe portal issue..try filing fresh form

And in Form 3 it is still reflecting as Partner, instead of Designated Partner

In case of change in designation from partner to designated partner
you have to first file form 4 only for change in designation and then
again form 3 and linked form 4 for filing supplementary agreement.

In my LLP, I need to get all present partners resigned including one Entity.

New Partners consist of one person who is already a Nominee on behalf of ENtity, that's why his details are to be filled in twice, one as REsigning DP and then as Joining DP BUT system is not allowing the same and throws error "Unique DIN must be there"

How can I resolve this?

Facing the same issue.

form-3 direct getting submitted without proceed for form-4

and when i tried to file form-4 first then it showed an error that this is a link form with form-3.

For filing of details of two or more events (for example, appointment and cessation) relating to the same person, you are required to file separate forms. These cannot be filed through the same form. Please read the instruction kit of form 3 and 4 it's written there.
