If yes, how soon. and xbrl validation tools  errors solve or not.. software provider say error in valdiation tools. any one complete xbrl filling in 2-3 days.

in AOC-4 

a) *Whether company is maintaining books of account and other relevant books and papers in electronic form- 

books in E- form means-- and which books.

As per second proviso of Sec.128(1) company may keep its books of accounts in electronic form as per the manner prescribed under Rule 3 of Companies Accounts Rules and as per the rules, such companies have to intimate to ROC the details of service provider through whom you installed any software for maintaining such books of accounts in electronic form.

However, its optional for companies. Therefore, mostly companies are still maintaining its books of accounts in physical form.

Tally is an accounting software, on which we all do accounting. It is not considered as keeping books of accounts in electronic form. However, if you use ERP version of Tally which is a paperless method of keeping books then you can say that your accounts are mainatained in electronic form. But if you are using non ERP version of Tally, which is for the purpose of accounting, and you maintain your books of accounts, which are records of assets and liabilities, sales and purchase, reciepts and expenditures, cost records etc. in physical form, then it is considered as maintaining books of accounts in physical form. However, if you are maintaining paper less records by using ERP version of Tally, then you may say that you maintain your books of accounts in electronic form.

Further, ROC documents are not covered in Books of accounts.

we are maintained Tally ERP 9. which is license version. and that say it is books of accounts in electronic form.

Dipesh, even if you are using ERP 9 which we all use, Still there are two types of ERP 9, which you can use offline or you can use online. If you are using online ERP 9 which is paperless form in which even bill is generated online, that will be considered as maintaining accounts in electronic form. 

But if you are using ERP 9 offline, then it is used just for accounting not for maintaining records.

YES ERP 9 ONLY FOR MAINTAINING ACCOUNTS .AND FOR GENERATED SALES BILL WE WILL USE ANOTHER SOFTWARE. THEN ?
