Hi all

Can a director of listed (DSE) public ltd. company waive off his
partly sitting fee for which he is eligible as per Articles of
Association of the Company?

If so, pls tell me whether simple waiver letter from director would be
sufficient for this purpose? I'll appreciate if someone could provide
me format of waiver letter too.

Regards
