Dear Experts,

For changing the name involving change of object of he private limited Company, whether the we are required to obtain the Certificate from Auditor regarding the  turnover details from new activity.

The help information of the Form INC 24 provides that;

''If change of name is due to change in main activity of the company, a certificate from chartered accountant regarding turnover details from new activity should be enclosed.''

Hence, is it also required for private limited Company.

Dear Experts,

As pert the Section 13 of the CA, 2013 and Rule 29 of Chapter II, there is no where mentioned that Auditor Certificate is required for turnover details.

Can you help me that according to which Section of CA, 2013, we are required to take Certificate of the CA for turnover details ?

As per my view, it is mandatory only for the listed Companies & further INC. 24 there is no mandatory option of the Auditor Certificate....

Dear Experts,

We have a NIL turnover in the new activity pursuant to the change of Object & change of name therefore we need to write NIL in the Auditor Certificate.

Is there any requirement that at least __% of the total turn over should be from the new activity suggested by new name ?

Please suggest views, if any member has done it....
