Consolidated Balance Sheet Query

Standalone BS Date and CFS Balance Sheet can be different ?? Can it be after AGM?

Hi,

In that case how will the company adopt it's financial statements?

IF AOC 4 standalone has been filed by co but CFS yes marked in AOC 4 then in this case if BS Prepared and Auditor is signing the BS baddebted then can we file it with ROC now?

Company can File AOC 4 CFS, as required In the case of consolidated financial statements, the company shall file the AOC 4 CFS.
