Authorised Representative of Bank_Error_Form CHG 4

Dear Members,

In respect to the filing of Form CHG 4(SATISFACTION OF CHARGE)to the ROC, "the person affixing the DSC as charge holder is not authorised" error displays during prescrutiny and corporation bank is in default in filing Form DIR 12, so could not verify signatory details. 

Please assist how to resolve this issue and file the form within due timeframe.

Why are you getting the error "Person affixing DSC as charge holder is not authorised" on prescrutiny or upload of the charge forms?

MCA system verifies that the person signing as a charge holder already having any DSC registered in the system with entered PAN. If any DSC is found but DSC affixed in the form is different then error will be thrown.

Does it mean the person has more than one DSC and the DSC affixed on the form is not registered with PAN??

Raised the ticket, coordinated with bank officials they are having only this dsc whose validity expires in 2019 and used until with no issues.
